You will be instrumental in bringing our residential, commercial, and retail projects to life by creating compelling, high-quality visual representations. Your work will bridge design concepts and client vision, playing a key role in our creative process.
Key Responsibilities
• Produce high-quality 3D renders and views for a variety of interior and architectural projects.
• Collaborate closely with designers and architects to understand and visualize project requirements.
• Revise and refine visualizations iteratively based on ongoing design development and detailed client feedback.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented visualizer with a strong aesthetic sense and technical proficiency in industry-standard 3D software. The ideal candidate can translate design briefs into photorealistic and atmospheric visual stories.
Qualifications & Experience
• Experience: 1–4 years of professional experience in 3D visualization for architecture and interior design is preferred.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work is essential.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Software Proficiency: Expertise in SketchUp / 3ds Max and rendering engines like V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion.
• Design Sense: A strong eye for materials, textures, lighting, and architectural detailing.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a creative team, taking direction and feedback.
• Adaptability: Skill in revising work based on iterative feedback and design changes.
