Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Visualizer to join our team, specializing in high-quality interior visualizations for the SEZA brand. In this full-time, in-person role, you will be responsible for transforming design concepts into photorealistic 3D renderings and animations. Your work will be pivotal in presenting design visions to clients and stakeholders, ensuring visual communication is both compelling and accurate.
• Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and mood boards to create detailed and accurate 3D models of interior spaces.
• Produce high-quality, photorealistic renderings and animations for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Apply advanced texturing, lighting, and material techniques to achieve lifelike visual outputs.
• Collaborate closely with interior designers and architects to align visualizations with the creative and technical design intent.
• Revise and refine visuals based on feedback from the design team and clients in a timely manner.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project deadlines.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a proficient visual artist with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional interior 3D visualizations. You should have a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and lighting, along with the technical expertise to efficiently produce outstanding visual content.
• Proven professional experience as a 3D Visualizer, specifically in interior design or architecture.
• High proficiency in industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, Corona Renderer/V-Ray, and Adobe Photoshop. Knowledge of SketchUp, Blender, or Unreal Engine is a plus.
• Strong understanding of spatial design, materials, lighting, and composition.
• Ability to create photorealistic textures and manage post-production processes.
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality interior visualizations is required.
