This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to join a dynamic real estate team as a Management Trainee in Customer Relationship Management (CRM). You will be integral to ensuring a smooth and positive customer journey, from the point of booking through to project handover, all while learning the intricacies of real estate operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new customers after their flat booking.
• Query Management: Support the handling of customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Data Management: Help maintain and update the CRM software with accurate customer data and interactions.
• Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with customers for required documents, payments, and clarifications.
• Communication Support: Assist in preparing and distributing project progress updates and other customer communications.
• Internal Coordination: Work with internal teams like Sales, Finance, and Legal to track and resolve customer requests.
• Event Support: Participate in organizing customer site visits and handover processes.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues to the CRM team for process improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Location: In person at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

Required Skills & Attributes:
• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is required.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Customer Mindset: A polite, patient, and proactive attitude with a customer-first approach.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Team Player: Eagerness to learn real estate CRM processes and collaborate with various internal departments.
• Tool Familiarity: Comfort with standard email tools, WhatsApp for business, and CRM software.
Experience (for a Fresher)
This role is specifically designed for enthusiastic freshers ready to launch their career in CRM within the real estate sector. Relevant exposure will be highly regarded.
Relevant Exposure:
• Any academic projects, internships, or coursework involving customer service, data management, or communication.
• Experience using CRM software, Microsoft Excel for data tracking, or managing professional communication channels.
• Demonstrated ability in roles that required coordination, follow-up, or assisting in event organization.
Qualifications
The candidate must meet the following educational criteria to be eligible for this management trainee position.
Required:
• Education: A Master’s degree is required. Fields such as Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, Mass Communication, or related disciplines are preferred.
• Technical Foundation: Bachelor’s degree is a prerequisite for the Master’s qualification.
Preferred (Advantageous):
• Specialized coursework or certifications in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Digital Communication, or Real Estate Management.
• Proven academic excellence or participation in relevant extracurricular activities that showcase leadership and customer interaction skills.
