Key Responsibilities:
• Learn and master the core principles and architecture of blockchain technology.
• Assist senior developers in researching, designing, and developing blockchain applications and smart contracts.
• Collaborate with the team to integrate blockchain solutions into client and server-side applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to team and industry standards.
• Actively participate in technical discussions and brainstorming sessions to explore new tools and technologies.
Job Type: Full-time, Day Shift (Monday to Friday)
Salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per year

Skill Requirement
We are looking for a tech-savvy, motivated fresher with a strong foundational knowledge in programming and a keen desire to specialize in blockchain development. The ideal candidate is a proactive learner with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Required Skills & Attributes:
• Programming Foundation: Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and languages like JavaScript, Java, or C.
• Technical Familiarity: Knowledge of Linux environments and version control systems (e.g., GitHub).
• Learning Agility: Eagerness and ability to quickly learn Node.js and blockchain-specific frameworks and tools.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with peers and mentors.
Experience
This is a designated entry-level position for freshers. Practical training and project experience gained during academics are highly valued.
Relevant Exposure:
• Academic projects, internships, or bootcamps involving software development, especially in web technologies or decentralized concepts.
• Hands-on experience with any OOP language through coursework or personal projects.
• Any demonstrated initiative in learning about blockchain, cryptocurrencies, or related technologies independently.
Qualifications
The candidate must have the following educational background to build a successful career in this specialized tech role.
Required:
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering (IT/CS), or a relevant Diploma.
Preferred (Advantageous):
• Certifications or completed courses in blockchain fundamentals, web development (JavaScript/Node.js), or cloud platforms.
• A strong academic record showcasing projects in software development or computer systems.
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred.
