Key Responsibilities:
Provide prompt, professional, and effective customer service through various channels.
Use MS Excel to manage, update, and analyze customer data and service records.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate documentation.

Assist in generating reports and maintaining databases as required.

Required Skills & Attributes:

Required:
