We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Captain to oversee the front-of-house operations in our fine-dining establishment. In this leadership role, you will be the face of our service team, responsible for orchestrating smooth and elegant guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will ensure the highest standards of service, team coordination, and dining area management in a fast-paced, premium setting.

• Primary Responsibilities:
• Greet, seat guests, manage reservations, and provide personalized menu recommendations.
• Supervise, coordinate, and assign duties to the waitstaff, ensuring adherence to grooming and service standards.
• Handle orders, communicate special requests to the kitchen, and manage guest feedback or complaints professionally.
• Maintain the dining area’s cleanliness and ambiance, perform inventory checks, and close shifts with accurate POS and incident reports.
• Required Qualifications & Benefits:
• 2-3 years of proven experience in food service, with expertise in order taking, hygiene, and customer handling.
