Kumar Realty is seeking a proactive and results-driven Tele Caller Executive to join our sales team in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. In this role, you will be a key player in our lead generation and client engagement process. You will initiate connections with potential clients, promote our real estate portfolio, and nurture leads to support the sales team in achieving its objectives.
• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote properties and generate qualified leads.
• Professionally handle inbound calls, addressing queries related to various real estate projects.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits between potential buyers and the sales team.
• Accurately maintain and update all customer interactions and details in the CRM system.
• Conduct diligent follow-ups with clients to provide additional information and gather feedback.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to align efforts and achieve collective sales targets.
• Stay informed about real estate market trends and specific project details.
This is a full-time position based in our CBD Belapur office. The role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and an interest in the real estate sector.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a candidate with excellent tele-calling skills, a basic understanding of sales, and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
• Education: A Diploma is preferred.
• Experience: 1 year of experience in tele-calling or telemarketing is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Core Skills: Excellent communication and telemarketing skills, knowledge of basic sales techniques, and strong time management.
• Industry Knowledge: An understanding of or willingness to learn about real estate markets and projects.
• Language: Fluency in English is required.
