Job Description
Sharad Constructions Pvt Ltd, a firm specializing in industrial projects and high-rise construction, is seeking a meticulous and analytical Data Executive to join our team. This role is central to our operational and procurement support functions. You will be responsible for handling various data-driven tasks that ensure accuracy in purchasing, cost analysis, and management reporting, directly contributing to project efficiency and financial control.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) for project materials and services.
• Generate and maintain detailed summaries and comparative statements for cost analysis and vendor evaluation.
• Compile and prepare regular Management Information System (MIS) reports to support decision-making.
• Perform a variety of data compilation, validation, and organization tasks to ensure information accuracy and accessibility.
• Support the procurement and project teams with accurate data and documentation as required.

Skill Requirement
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical abilities and proficiency in data management tools, particularly Excel.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis) is essential.
• Core Skills: Strong analytical and numerical skills are required to interpret data and create summaries/comparatives.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of or experience in purchasing, procurement, or the construction industry is a significant advantage.
• Attributes: High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong organizational skills.
Job Details:
• Pay: ₹15,000 – ₹45,000 per month
