Job Description

The Customer Support Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction. This role requires effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork to maintain a positive customer experience and uphold the company’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Handle customer requests, concerns, and complaints with empathy and diligence.
• Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service and share insights.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on customer needs.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with strong problem-solving skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor. They must thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle high inquiry volumes, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 6+ months of proven experience in a customer support or service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with customer support software, ticketing systems, and CRM tools.
• Ability to work in shifts and adapt to a rotational week-off schedule.
• Comfortable joining from the specified start date (5th February).
• Willingness to work in person at the Andheri, Mumbai location.
