Job Description
This full-time, in-person role is a dynamic dual-position supporting both executive management and core human resources functions. You will report directly to the Managing Director (MD) and act as a pivotal force in building our team and establishing structured HR processes. The role demands a high degree of initiative and organization to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle and ensure smooth operational support.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Working independently and with recruitment agencies to fulfill all manpower hiring within strict deadlines.
• Reviewing resumes against job descriptions to create qualified candidate shortlists.
• Conducting first-level telephone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
• Managing and maintaining a detailed recruitment database with comprehensive comments.
• Coordinating and scheduling interview rounds for hiring managers.
• Driving the recruitment process to ensure candidate offer acceptance and closure.
• Facilitating the formal induction and onboarding process for selected hires.
• Helping to develop, implement, and maintain HR systems and processes for the organization.
• Undertaking any additional tasks or projects as delegated by the Managing Director.

You must possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills to evaluate talent effectively, along with the administrative precision needed to support senior management and build HR frameworks from the ground up.
We are looking for:
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a relevant executive support, recruitment, or HR role is strongly preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, proficiency in screening CVs, a systematic approach to database management, and a solid understanding of recruitment best practices.
• Attributes: Highly organized, self-motivated, discreet, and capable of working reliably with minimal supervision.
• Logistics: Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Bhandup West, Mumbai, before starting employment.
