Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, target-oriented Female Presales Executive for a full-time, in-person role. This position is open to freshers and is a vital part of our sales and marketing team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, nurturing leads through effective communication and coordination to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to engage potential customers.
• Understand client needs and provide accurate, detailed information about our projects.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits efficiently with the sales team.
• Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database diligently.
• Conduct persistent follow-ups with leads to maximize conversion rates.
• Build and nurture positive, long-term relationships with clients.
• Support marketing initiatives through dedicated lead nurturing activities.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a proactive and articulate female graduate who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and basic technical proficiency are essential for success in this role.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Gender: This position is open to female candidates only.
• Education: Must be a graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 0.6 to 3 years of experience in presales, telecalling, or customer service. Prior real estate experience is a strong advantage.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets/Excel, and CRM tools.
• Attributes: Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven setting, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
