Job Description
Join Rentokil PCI, India’s leading pest control service provider, as an Operations Executive in Belapur, Navi Mumbai. This full-time role is central to managing and optimizing service operations within your assigned branch area. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, technician performance, and customer satisfaction through effective training, compliance, and operational oversight.
Own the operational performance of your assigned service area, ensuring the availability of qualified technicians and necessary materials for all jobs.
Train, coach, and assess technicians to improve service quality, safety compliance, and customer retention.
Conduct regular customer visits, pest audits, and proactively resolve service delivery issues or customer complaints.
Ensure strict adherence to all service SOPs, safety protocols (SHE), and material management guidelines to maintain efficiency and quality.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a graduate with a strong operational mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a technician team. Proficiency in digital tools and a background in science or a service-oriented industry are highly valued for this hands-on management role.
A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Zoology, Agriculture, or a related science field is required.
Prior experience in operations management, preferably in pest control, service delivery, or a related industry is desirable.
Strong analytical, planning, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and quick to learn internal systems like iCABS.
Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a solid understanding of technical service processes and compliance.
