You will be responsible for providing essential support services to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operation of the school. Your role is vital in maintaining the functionality, cleanliness, and order of the premises, offices, and classrooms, contributing to a safe and positive environment for students and staff.
Your core duties will include:
• Opening and closing classrooms, offices, and the school premises as scheduled.
• Maintaining cleanliness in all areas, including classrooms, corridors, staff rooms, and offices.
• Distributing official notices, circulars, documents, and exam materials.
• Assisting staff with tasks like photocopying, filing, and moving files or supplies.
• Providing support during school events, meetings, and examinations.
• Monitoring visitor entry and guiding them appropriately on school grounds.
