Join Padhaiwala Innovative Education, a growing education consultancy, as a Telecaller/Inside Sales Executive for immediate hiring in Mumbai. This full-time, on-site role involves connecting with prospective students to guide their educational journey. You will be the vital link between students and our partner universities, helping them choose the right online UG/PG programs while achieving your own sales and career goals.
Make outbound calls, speaking to 80–100 interested leads daily to understand their career aspirations and educational needs.
Provide expert guidance on suitable undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered by our partner universities.
Support students through the initial inquiry and counselling phase, building trust and rapport.
Work towards performance targets in a supportive environment that offers incentives and career growth opportunities.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a motivated communicator with a passion for education and counselling. The ideal candidate has some tele-sales experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to connect with students to understand their goals.
Minimum educational qualification of Higher Secondary (12th Pass) is required; graduates are welcome.
1 year of experience as a Telesales Executive or in a similar tele-calling/inside sales role is required.
Excellent communication and counselling skills with the ability to understand and guide students.
Goal-oriented, patient, and empathetic, with a strong desire to help others achieve their educational dreams.
Must be available for full-time, in-person work in Mumbai.
