Job Description
Join Meha Pharma Private Limited as a Marketing Executive at our Goregaon East, Mumbai office. This permanent, full-time role is central to managing customer relations and coordinating the end-to-end sales process, from inquiry to payment collection. You will act as a crucial link between customers, internal departments, and leadership to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, share product documentation (COA, brochures), and prepare quotations upon management approval.
Coordinate with airlines for freight, manage sample requests, and ensure timely dispatch by liaising with Stores and Production.
Generate and process key documents like Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), Order Acknowledgements (OAs), and dispatch invoices.
Follow up diligently for payment collections, assist with export documentation, and ensure all customer requirements are met efficiently.
Skill Requirement
We seek a graduate with 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or export documentation, preferably within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in essential software are key to succeeding in this detail-oriented role.
A Bachelor’s degree (B.Pharma, Science, Commerce, or related field preferred).
2-5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or Export Documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally for maintaining records and processing orders.
Excellent communication, coordination, and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of export procedures and documentation is a significant advantage.
