Join Fairdeal Realtors Pvt. Ltd. as a Property Sourcing Executive based in Andheri East, Mumbai. This full-time, on-site role is central to our property operations, involving fieldwork across Mumbai to identify and verify commercial properties. You will manage property data and provide crucial support to the sales team, making this a dynamic position that blends independent fieldwork with team collaboration.
• Source and verify commercial properties through on-site visits and online research across Mumbai.
• Collect accurate property details, maintain up-to-date records in the CRM, and ensure data integrity.
• Work independently in the field and collaborate with the sales team to support property inspections and operational needs.
• Regularly update the team with verified property information and market insights.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a proactive individual with strong field skills and basic communication abilities. A valid driver’s license and personal two-wheeler are mandatory for this role, which involves extensive travel across Mumbai.
• Undergraduate or graduate in any discipline; minimum 6 months of experience in any field is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler for daily field travel.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Comfortable with extensive fieldwork, independent work, and visiting multiple locations across Mumbai.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
