Join our premier Serviced Apartment located in the heart of Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, where we blend 5-star hotel amenities with the comfort of a modern, upscale home. As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the welcoming face of our unique establishment, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and seamless front office operations.

Your role is pivotal in creating a positive and memorable experience for all our guests. From managing check-ins and check-outs to handling billing and guest requests, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position requires coordination with housekeeping and other teams for room readiness and condition checks, as well as handling administrative tasks and documentation. Please note that this role involves working night shifts to provide round-the-clock guest service.

Education & Mandatory Requirements:

Required: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel front desk or front office role is required.

Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.

Must be comfortable working night shifts.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

Execute all front desk duties, including guest check-ins/check-outs and billing.

Answer calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Conduct room visits and checks, coordinating with housekeeping teams.

Handle guest requests and grievances, resolving issues through effective team coordination.

Manage administrative tasks, documentation, scheduling, and appointments.

Maintain a clean, organized reception area and uphold company policies with confidentiality.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional emails and document drafting.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Possess a professional appearance and demeanor.

Work Location: In person at our Serviced Apartment in Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, Mumbai.
