Join the team at the prestigious Golden Swan Country Club, the largest membership club in Thane West, nestled across 26 acres in the scenic Yeoor Hills. As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our esteemed members and guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a seamless club experience.
Your role is central to managing all front-facing communications and facility bookings. You will handle inquiries via phone and email, proactively update members on club news, and coordinate bookings for our diverse sports facilities and cottages. Additionally, you will play a key role in planning and managing club events, contributing directly to the vibrant community life at our resort
Skill Requirement
We are seeking a well-groomed, articulate, and enthusiastic professional with a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic club environment.
Education & Experience:
Minimum 1 year of total work experience in a customer-facing role is required.
Prior experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or a country club is a strong advantage.
Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written) are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Handle all incoming calls and emails from members and non-members professionally.
Proactively call members to provide club updates and information.
Manage bookings and payments for sports facilities (Badminton, Cycling, Table Tennis, Carrom, Pool) and rooms.
Plan, coordinate, and manage various club events and activities.
Handle cottage booking inquiries and reservations.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Demonstrate a hard-working attitude and eagerness to learn.
Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance for direct member interaction.
Work Location: This is a full-time, in-person role based at the Golden Swan Country Club in Thane West, Maharashtra.
