We are seeking a proactive and experienced Administration & Liaison Assistant to spearhead the end-to-end setup of our new Pune office. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that transitions from a home-based position to an in-office role. You will manage all aspects of establishing the office—from property search to operations—and serve as the key liaison for statutory compliance and executive support. This position is critical to building a strong operational foundation for our chemical trading business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Search, finalize, lease, and set up office premises in Pune, managing all related documentation and negotiations.
• Coordinate the entire office fit-out process, including utilities, vendor management, and ongoing day-to-day administration.
• Liaise with brokers, landlords, consultants, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective setup.
• Handle all statutory registrations, licenses, and renewals required for chemical trading operations.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with government departments, statutory bodies, and local authorities for approvals and compliance.
• Manage the Director’s calendar, coordinate meetings, arrange travel, and handle correspondence.
• Assist in coordination with external consultants, auditors, and legal advisors as needed.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with strong project management skills, exceptional networking abilities, and a proven track record in handling government liaison and office administration. You must be resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable with extensive field work.
Requirements:
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in administration, property management, or office setup roles.
• Proven experience in dealing with government departments and managing statutory compliance, preferably in trading or manufacturing sectors.
• Excellent follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to undertake regular outdoor and field work.
• Must possess own two-wheeler for local travel.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
