Job Description
We are seeking a welcoming and organized individual to join our clinic as a Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, responsible for creating a positive and professional environment. Your role is essential to the smooth daily operations of our clinic, from managing appointments to providing billing support, ensuring an excellent patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone, ensuring a welcoming and professional clinic environment.
• Manage the appointment schedule, book consultations, and coordinate patient flow with medical staff.
• Handle patient inquiries regarding appointments, treatments, services, and general clinic information.
• Complete accurate reception documentation and manage patient records.
• Process OPD (Outpatient) & IPD (Inpatient) billing and provide billing support.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including daily cash reports and patient follow-ups.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a proactive and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. Fluency in English is essential to effectively interact with patients and manage clinic documentation.
