In this vital support role, you will ensure the smooth daily operations of our showroom and office by managing crucial outdoor tasks and maintaining impeccable cleanliness. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all outdoor tasks and errands, including secure bank visits, courier handling, and confidential document delivery.
• Safely transport jewellery-related documents and items as per instructions, ensuring security at all times.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the office, showroom, and all common areas.
• Assist with pantry duties, including preparing tea/coffee and managing basic supplies and utensils.
• Provide general daily assistance to staff and management as required.
• Strictly follow all safety, hygiene, and confidentiality protocols of the jewellery industry.
