Job Description

The Customer Support Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional service by handling customer inquiries and resolving issues across various channels. This role is central to ensuring customer satisfaction through timely, accurate, and professional support, acting as a key point of contact between the company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Provide accurate details regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Document all customer interactions meticulously for record-keeping and follow-up.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant department for further action.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
• Uphold a consistently positive, helpful, and patient attitude in all interactions.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a problem-solving mindset, capable of managing customer interactions with patience and professionalism. Familiarity with financial services like Demat accounts or insurance is a valuable asset for this role.

Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience in handling Demat Accounts or Insurance is preferred.
• The position is open to both experienced professionals and motivated freshers.

• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer support software/tools.
