Relomi Corporate Services LLP, a leading provider of corporate relocation and hospitality solutions, is seeking an energetic and well-connected Property Sourcing Executive for our Relocation Division. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a premium database of rental properties that meet the high standards of our expatriate and corporate clients.
You will act as the key link between real estate agents, landlords, and our internal relocation consultants. Your day will involve market research, networking, shortlisting properties based on client briefs, and coordinating site visits. This position is perfect for a proactive real estate professional who enjoys the hunt for the perfect property and excels in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for an experienced real estate specialist with a strong local network, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of corporate leasing standards. Proficiency in data management and a professional demeanor are essential.
Experience & Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate renting, leasing, or property sourcing is mandatory.
Strong existing network of real estate agents, brokers, and landlords in the local market.
Good understanding of expatriate housing requirements and corporate leasing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update a comprehensive inventory database of quality rental properties.
Build and strengthen relationships with agents, brokers, landlords, and developers.
Continuously source new properties and explore market opportunities in target areas.
Understand client requirements and prepare shortlists of suitable apartments.
Coordinate and schedule property inspections and client visits.
Gather detailed property data (rent, layout, furnishings, amenities, society rules).
Conduct market research to stay updated on rental trends and new developments.
Ensure property listings are accurate, verified, and meet quality standards.
Keep the internal database organized and updated in real-time.
Work closely with Relocation, Leasing, and Operations teams for seamless client handover.
Uphold professional communication and company standards with all external partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and data management.
Well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
