Job Description
We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Draftsman specializing in Interiors to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience producing detailed drawings for large-scale corporate interior fit-out projects. This is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai that requires a high level of technical drafting expertise and a commitment to meeting project deadlines. You will be instrumental in translating design concepts into precise, executable working drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create comprehensive interior drawings for large-scale corporate office fit-outs.
• Develop detailed furniture drawings, working drawings, MEP coordination drawings, and all necessary construction details.
• Ensure all drafting work is completed accurately and within the stipulated project timelines.
• Travel to project sites or other offices, including Borivali, for work purposes as required.
Model of Selection:
• The hiring process includes three rounds of interviews and a practical test on AutoCAD drafting.
• Applicants must submit an updated resume and a portfolio showcasing working drawings from at least 2 projects.
Skill Requirement
The successful candidate will possess a strong foundation in interior design principles coupled with exceptional technical drafting skills. A minimum of 5 to 8 years of specific experience in the interior fit-out industry is essential, with a proven track record in corporate office projects.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
• Educational Qualification: Interior Draftsman or Interior Designing course from a reputed institute.
• Work Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in Interior Fit-out, with 1+ year focused on Corporate Interior Design.
• Technical Proficiency: Highly skilled in AutoCAD drafting with sound knowledge of interior design and construction.
• Language: Fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
• Must be willing to travel for work and work from the office location in Mumbai.
