Naandi Foundation is seeking dedicated freelance Soft Skills Trainers to empower underprivileged students across Maharashtra. In this role, you will deliver interactive and impactful training sessions designed to enhance students’ employability and life skills. Your responsibility is to foster an effective learning environment that aligns with Naandi’s mission, ensuring students gain the skills needed for academic and professional success.
• Position: Freelance Soft Skills Trainer.
• Location: In-person across various locations in Maharashtra, with required travel to project sites.
• Core Responsibility: Conduct engaging and outcome-based soft skills and life skills training for students.
• Key Duties: Deliver training using provided lesson plans, monitor student progress, maintain accurate records (attendance, assessments), and coordinate transparently with the State Representative.
• Contract: Freelance role until March 31, 2026, with a day shift, Monday to Friday schedule.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and has prior teaching or training experience, especially with underprivileged youth. You must be an excellent communicator, proficient in Hindi, English, and Marathi, and skilled in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office for training delivery and documentation. A strong commitment to Naandi’s vision, alongside exceptional organizational and reporting skills, is essential.
• Mandatory Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Language: Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi (Required).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Forms, Docs) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Core Competencies: Excellent communication and engagement skills, strong reporting/documentation abilities, and effective time management.
• Experience: Prior teaching/training experience, particularly with underprivileged students, is required.
• Logistics: Must be a full-time freelancer available for regular projects and comfortable traveling across Maharashtra for 5-day onsite programs.
