Job Description

The Customer Success Executive (Pre-Sales & Post-Sales) at CoachX.Live is a dual-role position designed to be the key bridge between our prospective and newly enrolled learners. You will be instrumental in driving growth through qualified lead generation while ensuring a seamless and supportive onboarding experience for new students. This role is central to creating a positive first impression and fostering long-term learner success and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Pre-Sales Support: Generate qualified sales opportunities by booking appointments for the sales team through proactive outreach and communication.
• Onboarding & Orientation: Guide new students through platform access, course structure, and schedule familiarization, ensuring all initial steps are completed.
• Student Coordination & Support: Coordinate demo sessions, conduct regular follow-ups, resolve basic queries, and act as a liaison to technical or support teams when needed.
• Success Monitoring & Feedback: Track student engagement, collect early feedback, identify signs of dissatisfaction, and take corrective action to improve the learning experience.
• Transition & Reporting: Ensure a smooth handover of students from sales to academic teams, maintain accurate CRM records, and share relevant feedback with internal stakeholders.

Skill Requirement

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic professional with a foundational background in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills to effectively manage both pre-sales activities and post-sales student success journeys. A problem-solving attitude and patience are crucial for this role.

Mandatory Requirements:
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience, with EdTech experience being mandatory.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong phone etiquette for appointment booking and student support.
• Platform Proficiency: Basic understanding of Educational Technology platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Customer Success Skills: Demonstrated ability in customer/student handling, relationship-building, and problem-solving with empathy.
• Coordination & Discipline: Excellent follow-up ability and discipline to maintain call logs, lead reports, and accurate CRM data.
