We are seeking a proactive Real Estate Sales Executive with a proven track record to join our dynamic team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be the direct link between our premium properties and potential clients. Your primary focus will be to convert inquiries into sales by providing exceptional customer service, expert guidance, and a seamless buying experience from the initial call to the final closing.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Proactively contacting and building rapport with customers who have shown interest in our properties.
• Understanding detailed client requirements to identify and suggest the most suitable property options.
• Providing accurate, comprehensive information about properties, including pricing, features, and legalities.
• Scheduling, coordinating, and personally managing on-site property visits.
• Assisting clients during site visits, addressing queries, and ensuring a professional experience.
• Maintaining diligent follow-ups to nurture leads, build strong relationships, and successfully close deals.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a results-driven communicator with a deep passion for real estate and a talent for building trust. You must be resilient, persuasive, and possess the interpersonal skills to guide clients through one of their most significant decisions. Fluency in both English and Marathi is essential to effectively serve our diverse client base in Mumbai.
Required skills and qualifications include:
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in real estate sales or high-stakes customer handling.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Marathi.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven skill in lead management, persistent follow-up, and maintaining organized customer records.
• A self-motivated, target-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Valid RERA certification is a strong advantage.
