Job Description

Emperor Akbar, India’s leading premium G.I.-tagged Alleppey Green Cardamom brand, is seeking a proactive Sales Executive for Exports. This full-time, on-site role in Chembur, Mumbai, places you at the core of our international growth. You will be the primary point of contact for global clients, managing the entire export order cycle to ensure seamless service and timely delivery across key markets like MENA, Southeast Asia, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Export Sales & Client Support: Respond to international inquiries, provide detailed quotations, and coordinate export documentation, compliance, and logistics with internal teams.
• Customer Interaction: Professionally handle all domestic and international business inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, including new distributor onboarding.
• Order Management: Oversee the complete order process from confirmation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and coordinating with production, logistics, and quality teams.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain precise records of orders and client communication, and prepare regular activity reports for management review.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure all processes adhere to international trade regulations, company policies, and quality standards.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate is a highly organized professional with a strong foundation in export procedures and a customer-centric approach. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and clear communication.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in export sales support, order management, or customer service, preferably in FMCG, spices, or export-oriented businesses.
• Proven, mandatory experience in handling international clients and managing export documentation.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, shipping procedures, and customs compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Proficiency with CRM software, order management systems, and logistics coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, International Trade, or a related field.
