DRNK is a vibrant and rapidly expanding beverage brand offering affordable, low-calorie options like iced coffees, matcha, and slushies. We are seeking friendly and energetic Service Executives to join our team at our flagship store in Bandra West, Mumbai. This full-time role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused café environment.
In this role, you will be the face of DRNK, ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. You will support daily operations and contribute to the positive vibe we are known for.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly and accurately take food and beverage orders.
• Serve orders promptly while maintaining high presentation standards.
• Assist customers with menu inquiries, explaining ingredients and specials.
• Handle billing, payments, and operate POS systems responsibly.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations.
• Uphold strict hygiene, safety, and food handling standards at all times.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality. Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or similar setting is advantageous but not mandatory. The ideal candidate is a team player committed to providing outstanding customer experiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
