Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Office professional to be the welcoming face of our dental clinic. You will play a crucial role in managing our reception area, ensuring smooth patient interactions, and providing essential administrative support. Your primary goal is to deliver exceptional service from a patient’s first point of contact, contributing to a positive and efficient clinic environment for both visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Management: Greet all patients and visitors warmly, answer and direct incoming calls and emails, and manage the appointment calendar by scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling visits.
Patient Communication: Explain clinic procedures to new patients, facilitate clear communication between patients and dental staff, and collect patient feedback to share with management.
Administrative Tasks: Process vendor invoices, maintain accurate financial records including handling cash and receipts, and ensure all patient files are updated with strict confidentiality.
Clinic Upkeep: Ensure the reception and waiting areas are tidy and welcoming, monitor and replenish office supplies, and coordinate with cleaning staff for overall clinic maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Basic computer proficiency for scheduling and record-keeping.
The ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and handle sensitive information confidentially.
