Job Description
Special Metals, a player in the metals and alloys trading industry, seeks a dynamic and proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. Based at our Mumbai office, you will be the frontline for converting domestic and international enquiries into sales. Your role is pivotal in managing our digital storefront, engaging with potential clients, and supporting our overall sales strategy to drive business growth in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Handle and convert leads from IndiaMART, email, and social media platforms.
• Communicate professionally with clients via call, WhatsApp, and email, following up on quotations to secure orders.
• Maintain and organize the client and enquiry database, sending promotional emails to generate new leads.
• Manage and update the company’s IndiaMART profile daily with products, images, and specifications.
• Handle the company’s Instagram account and create engaging posts using basic design tools.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and assist with backend billing in Tally as required.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, communicative professional with a knack for sales and a keen eye for detail. You should be a self-starter comfortable with multitasking in a small team, possess strong digital platform skills, and have the tenacity to follow up and close leads. Freshers with exceptional drive and relevant skills are also encouraged to apply.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales/marketing; skilled freshers may apply.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in MS Office, internet research, and basic graphic design tools.
• Familiarity with IndiaMART platform management and social media (Instagram) is essential.
• Experience with or willingness to learn Tally for billing and backend support is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month
• Location: 125, C.P. Tank Road, Mumbai – 400004 (In-person)
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
