BodhiTree, one of India’s fastest-growing creative education ecosystems, is seeking passionate and disciplined Music Teachers to join our faculty in Pune. This role involves delivering structured, high-quality music education to students of all age groups, following our grade-based curriculum focused on performance and certification. You will be based on-site at assigned society centers or partner schools, with flexible engagement types (full-time, part-time, or contract) available.

Skill Requirement
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive music instruction, tracking student development, and upholding the professional standards of the BodhiTree curriculum.
• Conduct individual and group music lessons according to the assigned schedule.
• Teach using BodhiTree’s structured curriculum and learning framework.
• Track student progress, provide academic feedback, and prepare students for exams, certifications, and performances.
• Maintain punctuality, classroom discipline, and professional conduct.
• Coordinate with the academic and operations teams and encourage consistent practice habits in students.
Skill & Experience Requirements
We are looking for qualified musicians with a passion for education. The ideal candidate combines formal certification with the ability to inspire students of all ages.
• Qualifications: Grade 8 certification (or equivalent) in your primary instrument/specialization.
• Experience: Prior teaching experience is preferred, but skilled freshers may apply.
• Specializations: Proficiency in teaching one or more instruments: Piano/Keyboard, Guitar, Violin, Drums, Ukulele, or Vocals.
• Skills: Strong communication, student-handling abilities, and comfort teaching both children and adults.
• Traits: Passion for teaching, discipline, punctuality, and a commitment to structured learning.

Additional Details
