Join Papacream, a premium ice cream manufacturer based in Kurla, Mumbai, with a state-of-the-art 6000 sqft factory. We are looking for a dedicated Commi 1 to join our production team. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for an individual with basic kitchen experience to contribute to the creation of our high-quality products, which are supplied across India and exported to markets like the UAE and Singapore. You will play a hands-on role in our production process, ensuring every batch meets our premium standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the precise preparation of milk bases, ice cream mixtures, and various toppings following standardized recipes.
• Support the production team in the ice cream manufacturing and packaging processes.
• Uphold the highest standards of quality control, hygiene, and product presentation throughout production.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, adhering to all food safety regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with senior kitchen and production staff to meet daily production targets.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
