We are searching for a Graphic Designer who craves significance over content, originality over templates, and depth over volume. Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize and create original graphic designs from the ground up, building every visual element from first principles without reliance on templates or UI kits.
• Develop tools, branding, and visual experiences that are vital and purposeful, aimed at solving real-world problems rather than chasing viral trends.
• Engage in deep, iterative thinking, rigorously questioning your first drafts and championing your third to ensure the highest standard of craft.
• Collaborate within a context that values intellectual discipline, where every pixel placement is a conscious choice with consequence.

Skill Requirement
We are looking for more than a technician; we are seeking an architect of visual thought with an obsessive commitment to the craft. You must possess an intellectual rigor and an innate dissatisfaction with “good enough.”
Qualifications & Skills:
• A foundational education in design is required. An Applied Art, ATD, Commercial Art, or similar Art-related Diploma/Degree is preferred. (This is an application question).
• At least 1 year of professional graphic design experience is preferred.
• Mandatory Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator are non-negotiable.
• Core Mindset: An innate drive to build from first principles, avoiding shortcuts and pre-made kits.
• Strong intellectual discipline, with the ability to self-critique, iterate, and defend design choices.
• An obsession with craft and a physical aversion to mediocre or “good enough” work.
• Language: Proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi is preferred for effective collaboration.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
