Job Description

Sonrisa Healthcare is seeking a motivated and passionate Dermatology Sales Representative to join our team, promoting our premium range of Korean beauty products across Mumbai’s professional skincare market. This full-time, field-based role involves building strong relationships with dermatologists, cosmetologists, and aesthetic clinics to drive brand adoption and sales growth. You will be the face of our innovative Korean serums, creams, and specialized treatments, educating medical professionals on the clinical benefits and scientific innovation behind our products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, target, and conduct in-person visits with dermatologists, cosmetologists, and aesthetic clinics across Mumbai.
• Perform engaging product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the clinical benefits, key ingredients, and Korean innovation of our anti-aging, acne-treatment, and skin-brightening lines.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to foster brand loyalty and generate referrals.
• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective closing, negotiation, and upselling of complementary products.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and client interactions using CRM software.

Skill Requirement

We are looking for an energetic, results-driven sales professional with a deep interest in skincare and a proven ability to connect with healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate combines scientific knowledge with persuasive communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications & Skills:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 2-4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or premium skincare/beauty products targeting medical professionals.
• Strong foundational knowledge of dermatology, cosmetology, and skincare ingredients. Familiarity with Korean beauty trends is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence healthcare practitioners.
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and handling objections professionally.
• Language: Proficiency in English and Hindi is required. Knowledge of Marathi is advantageous.
• Technical: Must be tech-savvy with experience in MS Office and CRM software like Salesforce.
• Additional Note: Female candidates are preferred for this role due to the nature of client interactions in dermatology and cosmetology settings.
