TEACH (Training and Educational Centre For Hearing Impaired) is a pioneering institution, established in 2016, that redefines conventional education across campuses in Mumbai, Pune, and Delhi. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Junior/Assistant Lecturer for English to join our Sion, Mumbai campus. This full-time role is central to empowering Deaf and Hard of Hearing students through tailored education. You will be responsible for creating an inclusive, engaging learning environment and delivering our B.Com program’s English curriculum, helping students achieve academic success and build essential communication skills.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
• Develop, implement, and deliver effective English language instruction using diverse, inclusive teaching methodologies.
• Create engaging lesson plans and content that promote active participation, critical thinking, and language acquisition.
• Utilize various assessment tools to measure student progress and provide constructive feedback to support growth.
• Foster a positive, structured, and supportive classroom environment where every student feels valued and respected.
• Integrate technology effectively to enhance the English language learning experience.
• Maintain accurate academic records, including performance and attendance, and analyze data to assess program effectiveness.

Skill Requirement

We are looking for an empathetic and adaptable educator with a strong command of English and a genuine commitment to inclusive education. The ideal candidate is a patient, innovative teacher who is eager to learn and use Indian Sign Language to connect with students.

Qualifications & Skills:
• A Master’s degree in English, Education, or a closely related field is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional English teaching experience is required.
• Exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Strong pedagogical skills, classroom management abilities, and adaptability to diverse learning needs.
• Readiness to learn Indian Sign Language (ISL) is essential; prior knowledge is a strong preference.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office for creating instructional materials and maintaining records.
• Excellent communication skills, high levels of patience, and a passion for empowering students with different abilities.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹450,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
