QualityKiosk Technologies, a leader in quality engineering, is seeking an experienced Senior Test Engineer specializing in the Life Insurance domain for our Thane location. This pivotal role within our MS-Insurance sub-BU requires a seasoned professional to lead testing initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire testing lifecycle, managing a team, and coordinating closely with stakeholders to align testing activities with project milestones and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the end-to-end testing process for life insurance software applications, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and manage the workload of the testing team efficiently to achieve project deliverables.
• Track project milestones, coordinate daily defect triage discussions, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Liaise with business users and project stakeholders to gather requirements, secure approvals, and provide updates on testing activities.
• Prepare and present detailed test reports, including results, test coverage, defect metrics, and process compliance.
• Implement and enforce robust testing processes, while continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Skill Requirement

Qualifications & Skills:
• Mandatory Experience: 7 to 9 years of experience in software testing, with a significant portion as a Test Lead in the Life Insurance domain.
• Leadership: Demonstrated experience in assigning tasks, managing team workload, and monitoring team performance.
• Project Management: Strong skills in tracking project milestones, managing deliverables, and handling changing requirements.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Proven ability to coordinate effectively with users and clients for inputs, reviews, and approvals.
• Analytical Skills: Expertise in metrics measurement, reporting on test coverage, defects, and overall testing activities.
• Process Adherence: A strong commitment to ensuring team adherence to defined test processes and quality frameworks.
