Papacream is a growing brand crafting premium and innovative ice creams, including plant-based and diabetic-friendly ranges, in our export-approved, HACCP-certified facility in Mumbai. We are expanding our production team and seeking hardworking, reliable individuals to join us in a full-time factory operations role. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to start their career in food manufacturing.
In this role, you will be an integral part of the daily production process, ensuring our delicious products are made and prepared to the highest standards. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Assisting in the day-to-day ice cream production process on the factory floor.
• Helping with mixing ingredients, preparation tasks, and handling production batches.
• Supporting the packaging line with sealing, labeling, and preparing finished goods.
• Maintaining excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the production area.
• Helping with loading/unloading materials and performing general factory support tasks.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for candidates who are physically fit, punctual, and eager to contribute to a team-oriented production environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, follows instructions carefully, and is committed to maintaining the quality and safety of our products. Prior experience in food or production is beneficial but not mandatory, as we welcome fresh applicants.
