We are seeking passionate and engaging Online English Tutors to join our network and teach students from around the world from the comfort of your home. In this freelance role, you will use our innovative digital curriculum to conduct fun, interactive live and demo sessions, helping children build confidence and fluency. This is a flexible, remote opportunity to make a tangible impact on young learners’ lives while setting your own schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct engaging online demo sessions to introduce parents and students to the PlanetSpark learning experience.
• Deliver regular, interactive English classes focusing on spoken English, creative writing, grammar, and presentation skills as per the provided curriculum.
• Track individual student progress, provide constructive feedback, and ensure measurable improvement in their communication abilities.
• Create a positive and encouraging virtual classroom environment that motivates students and builds their confidence.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with parents regarding student progress and address any queries.
• Adhere to scheduled class timings and uphold the professional teaching standards of the platform.

Skill Requirement
We are looking for energetic, tech-savvy individuals with a flair for teaching and a love for the English language. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can create a lively and effective online learning environment for children.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Language: An excellent command of spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Experience: Prior experience as an English tutor, online teacher, language trainer, or soft skills coach is preferred. Fresh graduates with a BA/MA in English are also encouraged to apply.
• Technical Requirements: Must be comfortable using a laptop, webcam, and digital teaching tools. A stable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection is essential.
• Soft Skills: Strong presentation, interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage young learners are crucial.
• Availability: Must be available for 3–4 hours per day, 6 days a week (including weekends). Ability to work in one of the following shifts is required:
• 3 pm – 10 pm IST (India students)
• 6 pm – 11 pm IST (India / UAE students)
• 10 pm – 2 am IST (US / Canada students)
• 4 am – 8 am IST (US / Canada students)
Job Type: Part-time, Freelance, Contractual
Pay: ₹400,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
