We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Gym Trainer to join our team. This full-time, permanent role involves guiding and motivating members to achieve their fitness goals in a dynamic gym environment. A key part of this position includes the exciting opportunity to build and train a roster of Personal Training (PT) clients, allowing for greater career growth and earnings potential. You will be responsible for creating a positive, safe, and effective workout atmosphere for all individuals, from beginners to advanced athletes.
In this hands-on role, your core responsibilities will focus on member engagement, fitness instruction, and personalized coaching:
• Conducting fitness assessments and designing tailored workout programs for gym members.
• Providing expert instruction on proper exercise techniques and equipment use to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Actively prospecting, onboarding, and delivering one-on-one or small group personal training sessions to PT clients.
• Monitoring member progress, offering motivational support, and adjusting plans as needed to help them reach their goals.
• Ensuring the gym floor is clean, organized, and that all equipment is functioning correctly and safely.

The essential qualifications and attributes for this position are:
• A recognized certification in Personal Training or Fitness Instruction (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in gym floor management and conducting personal training sessions.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly, motivate clients, and build rapport.
• Knowledge of exercise science, nutrition basics, and injury prevention.
