MAN Investment Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a smart, presentable, and proactive Female Front Desk Executive to be the welcoming face of our company in our Andheri West office. This full-time role is central to our daily operations, combining administrative excellence with exceptional guest relations. You will manage the front office, handle communications, coordinate office infrastructure, and ensure a seamless, professional environment for both visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reception & Coordination: Greet and attend to visitors, manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, and handle all dispatch and inwards correspondence.
• Administrative Management: Schedule appointments and meetings, manage travel bookings and arrangements, and oversee office supplies and stationery inventory.
• Office Maintenance: Coordinate housekeeping, manage the repair and maintenance of electronic appliances, and ensure the overall upkeep of office infrastructure.
• Customer Service: Provide basic information to clients, resolve minor queries, and maintain a high standard of customer service at all times.
• General Support: Handle filing, photocopying, data entry, and other ad-hoc administrative tasks to support smooth office functioning.
Work Schedule & Location:
• Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Work Days: Monday to Saturday (with the 2nd and 4th Saturdays off).
• Office Location: Andheri West, Mumbai (within walking distance from the train station).
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a candidate with a pleasant personality, strong organizational skills, and a natural aptitude for customer service. The ideal executive is resourceful, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: A Higher Secondary (12th Pass) certificate is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a front desk, reception, or administrative role.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email management.
• Personal Attributes: A pleasant and professional demeanor, strong coordination abilities, and a customer-service orientation. Must be able to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
