We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Front Desk Executive to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role combines classic front office management with active sales coordination, requiring you to be the first point of contact for our clients while directly contributing to business growth. The ideal candidate will excel in a target-driven environment, providing exceptional guest service and seamlessly supporting our consultants by booking consultations to meet sales targets. In this dual-focus role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating outstanding first impressions and driving pre-sales activities. Your core responsibilities will include:
• Proactively coordinating with consultants to book client consultations, directly contributing to and earning incentives on individual and team sales targets.
• Handling all incoming inquiries via phone and email with promptness, courtesy, and professionalism.
• Managing all front desk operations, ensuring guests receive cordial attention and personal recognition from arrival to departure.
• Upholding all brand standards related to conduct, dress code, hygiene, and guest interaction for yourself and the front office team.
• Compiling operational reports and assisting in scheduling for the front office staff to ensure efficient workflow.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a presentable, results-oriented professional with a strong background in high-end hospitality, service, or sales-driven environments. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional client-handling skills, a persuasive communication style, and the dedication to thrive in a target-based role while maintaining impeccable front office standards.
The essential qualifications and attributes for this position are:
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Hospitality, Service Industry, Entertainment, Media, or Corporate front office roles. Additionally, 10+ years of experience in pre-sales or telesales is highly preferred for the target-based component.
• Communication: Excellent and pleasing communication skills in English, Hindi, and the regional language of the work location.
• Skills: Strong telephone courtesy, client management, and routine operations management abilities.
• Attributes: Highly motivated, result-oriented, presentable, and comfortable working in a target/incentive-based role.
