Helen O’Grady International is the world’s largest after-school developmental speech and drama programme, impacting over a million children across 40 countries. We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team in Goregaon, Mumbai. This is a full-time, contractual role for a 12-month period, requiring in-person work. The ideal candidate will be based in Mumbai and will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources and administrative functions.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process, including interviewing applicants and assessing their skills and experience.
• Conducting reference checks and background verifications for potential hires.
• Managing all employee documentation, including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and relieving letters.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of recruitments, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Handling daily office administration, including employee attendance, leave management, and conveyance records.
• Ensuring all onboarding formalities and paperwork for new hires are completed efficiently.
This role is central to maintaining smooth HR operations and supporting the organizational structure of our dynamic educational programme.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a graduate with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in human resources or administration is highly preferred.
Required skills and qualifications include:
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in any stream is required.
• Experience: Background or experience in Human Resources or office administration is preferable.
• Administrative Skills: Proficiency in managing documentation, record-keeping, and multi-tasking with high accuracy.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication abilities for interviewing candidates, checking references, and coordinating with employees.
• Personal Attributes: Must be proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.
