RenoDerm – The Skin and Hair Clinic is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This is a full-time, in-person role located conveniently near a railway station. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment. Your role is crucial in managing patient flow, scheduling, and providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and check-in patients with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Manage patient appointments via phone and in-person, including scheduling, rescheduling, and sending reminders.
• Handle patient inquiries, provide basic clinic information, and direct calls appropriately.
• Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Process patient payments and manage basic billing inquiries.
• Ensure the reception and waiting area is tidy and presentable.
• Assist with general administrative tasks to support clinic operations.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a presentable, reliable, and patient-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced medical environment and provide a calming, helpful presence for our patients.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency for managing appointments and records.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A polite, empathetic, and professional attitude.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Prior experience as a receptionist, especially in a clinic or healthcare setting, is preferred.
• Familiarity with the local area is an advantage.
