DA Designs is seeking a passionate and skilled Architect to join our growing team in Lokhandwala, Mumbai. This full-time, in-person role offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects from initial concept through to final execution. You will be instrumental in translating client visions into functional, high-quality designs while maintaining our firm’s standards of creativity and precision.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Leading architectural projects from the conceptual stage through design development, coordination, and completion.
• Creating compelling conceptual drawings, 3D visualizations, renderings, and mood boards for client presentations.
• Developing detailed technical drawings and documentation to guide construction.
• Coordinating effectively with clients, consultants (structural, MEP), and contractors to ensure design intent is realized.
• Ensuring all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to established design and regulatory standards.

Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) graduate with 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience. You must possess a strong design sensibility, technical knowledge, and proficiency in essential architectural software.
Required skills and qualifications include:
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is required.
• Software Proficiency: High proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, the Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of building materials, construction methodologies, and relevant regulatory codes.
• Design & Communication: Excellent design visualization skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities for client and team coordination.
• Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
