Job Description

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to be the welcoming face of our office. In this pivotal role, you will create an excellent first impression by managing all front desk operations with courtesy and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include handling client interactions, managing communications, coordinating appointments, and providing essential administrative support. You will play a key role in ensuring our office environment runs smoothly and maintains a professional standard at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet all clients, visitors, and vendors warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage the main telephone line, directing calls accurately and taking detailed messages.
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings and appointments efficiently.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing couriers, documents, and correspondence.
• Maintain organized visitor logs and ensure office entry protocols are followed.
• Keep the reception area tidy, presentable, and welcoming.
• Provide administrative support with scanning, photocopying, and filing tasks.
• Liaise with internal staff, housekeeping, and vendors as needed.
• Uphold strict confidentiality regarding all client information and office records.

The ideal candidate is a reliable, well-presented individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude. You should thrive in a structured environment, be adept at handling multiple tasks, and possess a strong sense of responsibility and discretion.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Communication: Good verbal and written skills in English. Knowledge of the local language is a plus.
• Personality & Demeanor: Pleasant, professional appearance and impeccable phone/visitor etiquette.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), email, and WhatsApp.
• Abilities: Strong multitasking skills, ability to prioritize work, and remain composed under pressure.
• Work Ethic: High degree of punctuality, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Education: Minimum 12th Pass; a graduation degree is preferred.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply; up to 3 years of experience in a similar front desk or receptionist role is desirable. Experience in a CA office or professional services firm is an added advantage.
