Precise Electricals, a distinguished Vishal Group company established in 1971, is a leading manufacturer of high-quality low voltage instrument transformers. We are seeking a skilled Transformer Testing Engineer/Technician to join our team at our facility in Taloja, Navi Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our transformers and related electrical products through rigorous testing procedures.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Performing daily testing activities on low voltage instrument transformers, including CTs (Current Transformers) and PTs (Potential Transformers).
• Conducting tests on electronic/digital meters and other related electrical components used in switchgear and utility applications.
• Following standardized testing protocols to verify product specifications, durability, and compliance with international quality standards.
• Documenting test results accurately, identifying any discrepancies or failures, and reporting findings to the relevant teams.
• Supporting the production and quality assurance departments to maintain the high reliability and performance our products are known for.

Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate possesses a solid technical education and hands-on experience in electrical product testing, specifically within the transformer or switchgear industry. Practical knowledge and precision are paramount for this role.
Required skills and qualifications include:
• Education: A Diploma, ITI, or BSc in Electrical or Electronic engineering is required.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in testing electrical products, specifically Transformers (CT/PT), Electronic/Digital Meters, and components for the Switchgear Industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical testing methodologies, standards, and the operational principles of transformers and meters.
• Industry Experience: Working experience with utilities or in the switchgear manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
• Attributes: Must be detail-oriented, methodical, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in all testing activities.
