Bikester Global is a premier multichannel retailer of premium motorcycle riding gear, including helmets, jackets, and accessories. We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Product Listing & Catalog Executive to join our team. You will play a crucial role in managing our digital storefront by ensuring our products are accurately and effectively presented on our Shopify store and Amazon marketplace. This involves creating compelling listings, maintaining inventory data, and supporting our e-commerce growth through organized catalog management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and update product listings on Shopify and Amazon platforms.
• Upload new products with accurate images, detailed descriptions, optimized keywords, pricing, and correct SKUs.
• Execute regular catalog updates, including price changes, discount applications, and promotional offers.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure listing accuracy and synchronized inventory levels.
• Support new product launches and seasonal catalog refreshes.
• Monitor competitor pricing and conduct regular audits of listings to maintain competitiveness and accuracy.
Skill Requirement
We are seeking a proactive individual with hands-on experience in e-commerce catalog management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses a sharp eye for detail, and understands the critical link between accurate SKU/data management and smooth business operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Mandatory Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in product listing and product catalog management.
• Platform Proficiency: Demonstrable experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SKU structures, inventory management, and e-commerce SEO fundamentals for product listings.
• Attributes: Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Collaboration: Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
