We are looking for a passionate and client-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, transforming their travel dreams into seamless and memorable experiences. You will be responsible for designing personalized itineraries and providing expert guidance to ensure every journey is perfectly tailored to individual needs and preferences.
• Consult with clients to deeply understand their travel preferences, budgets, and specific requirements.
• Design, customize, and book detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, tours, and ground transportation.
• Provide clients with accurate, up-to-date information on destinations, visa processes, travel regulations, and insurance options.
• Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell tailored travel packages, cabin upgrades, and additional premium services
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with proven experience in the travel industry, excellent sales skills, and a genuine passion for exploration. You must be a great communicator who thrives on creating exceptional customer experiences and has a thorough understanding of travel logistics.
• 1–3 years of proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role within the travel industry.
• Excellent consultation and customer service skills with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
• Strong knowledge of GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo) or travel booking platforms.
• In-depth understanding of international travel logistics, visa procedures, and destination information.
• Persuasive sales and upselling abilities with a focus on achieving client satisfaction and business goals.
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client itineraries
