Priss Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and trend-savvy Reels Scriptwriter + Director to join our creative team in Thane, Mumbai. In this full-time role, you will be the creative engine behind viral short-form content, transforming ideas into engaging, scroll-stopping scripts for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. You will work across diverse niches, helping doctors, creators, and major brands grow organically through compelling storytelling.
Write 5-7 high-conversion Instagram Reel/YouTube Shorts scripts weekly, featuring strong hooks, curiosity loops, and clear calls to action.
Occasionally develop structured YouTube video scripts (5-10 minutes) with clear narratives (intro, problem, solution, CTA).
Proactively track social media trends, sounds, and viral formats to suggest fresh content ideas for clients.
Provide multiple hook options and creative shooting style suggestions (e.g., skits, POV, parodies) for each concept.
Collaborate closely with video editors and clients, refining scripts based on feedback to maximize engagement.
Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall content strategy for various channels.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a creative professional with 1-3 years of proven experience in writing viral short-form content. You must think in video clips, have an excellent command of English and Hindi (Hinglish), and possess a deep understanding of audience psychology and social media trends.
1-3 years of professional experience writing scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or TikTok (agency/brand experience preferred).
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in social media scriptwriting is mandatory.
Excellent command of English and Hindi (Hinglish) for conversational, engaging scripts.
Exceptional storytelling skills with a knack for creating strong hooks and retaining viewer attention.
Highly creative, trend-aware, and able to adapt writing style for multiple niches (health, parenting, entertainment).
Proactive, able to work under tight deadlines, and comfortable collaborating in a team.
Must be comfortable working from our office in Thane.
